Özet
Son otuz yıldır N-heterosiklik karbenler ve bu karbenlerden elde edilen geçiş metal kompleksleri reaktivitelerden dolayı organometalik kimyada geniş bir uygulama alanı bulmuştur. Bu bileşikler C-C bağ oluşum reaksiyonları, olefin metatezi, hidrosilasyon, hidroformilasyon ve C-H aktivasyonu gibi bir çok reaksiyonda kullanılmaktadır. N-heterosiklik karben öncülleri ve bu karben öncüllerinden sentezlenen geçiş metal kompleksleri C-H aktivasyonuyla biaril sentezinde de yüksek aktivite göstermektedir. Bu yolla elde edilen ürünlerin farmasötik, polimer, iyonik sıvı, sıvı kristaller gibi bir çok alanda kullanılması N-heterosiklik karbenlere olan ilgiyi de arttırmıştır. Bu nedenle bu çalışmada benzhidril sübstitüyeli karben öncülleri sentezlenmiş ve bunların bazı geçiş metal kompleksleri hazırlanmıştır.
N-Heterocyclic carbenes (NHCs) and transition metal complexes from derivatived reactive carbenes have been known to be outstanding ligands for a variety of organometallic complexes for 30 years. These compounds have been used in C-C coupling reactions, olefin metathesis, hydrosilylation, hydroformylation and activation of C-H as catalysts. The NHC precursors and their complexes have showed high catalytic activity in biaryl synthesis by C-H activation reactions. These products have found many uses in pharmaceutics, polymer, ionic liquid and ionic crystal and that increased the demand. For this reason bezhydryl substituted carbene and transition metal complexes have been prepared in this work.
