| dc.description.abstract | Düşünce yapımızı ve dolayısıyla hayatımızı şekillendiren iktisadi sistemlerin bugün içinde bulunduğumuz sosyoekonomik sorunları ne ölçüde giderdiği tartışılmaktadır. Özellikle nicelik ve nitelik bakımından sürekli farklılaşan ve artan insan ihtiyaçlarının mevcut iktisadi sistemler çerçevesinde karşılanamadığı düşünülmektedir. Başta gelir dağılımında eşitsizlikler, işsizlik ve makroekonomik dengesizlikler olmak üzere yaşadığımız sıkıntılar bunu göstermektedir. O halde yeni bir ekonomik sistemin teorik olarak oluşturulması gereği ortaya çıkmaktadır. Çalışma kapsamında ilkin temel kavramlar ve gelir dağılımı yöntem ve ölçütlerine değinilmekte, sonrasında iktisadi sistemler spektrumunun iki ucunda yer alan Kapitalizm ve Sosyalizm, kurumları, yapısı ve işleyişi bakımından incelenmekte ve ülkeler karşılaştırılmaktadır. Nihayetinde son bölümde iktisadi sorunlara çözüm üreteceği düşünülen yeni bir sistem önerisi olarak 'Ortaklık Ekonomisi' ele alınmaktadır. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | This paper discusses the extent that the economic systems that shape our way of thinking and therefore our life solve the present socio-economic problems. It is believed that human needs that increase and differ qualitatively and quantitatively cannot be covered within the framework of the current economic systems. It is demonstrated by the problems we experience like inequality of income distribution, unemployment and macroeconomic imbalance. Then, it appears that there is a requirement to create a theory of a new economic system. The study first mentions about the basic concepts and income distribution methods and criterias and then examines Capitalism and Socialism in the two ends of the economic systems spectrum with respect to their institutions, structures and functions. The study also includes a comparison of countries. Finally, the study deals with "The Share Economy" as a new system proposal which is believed to bring solution to economic problems. | en_US |
