dc.descriptionÖz (İngilizce):Phaeochromocytoma is a catecholamine-secreting vascular tu- mour that is derived from chromaffin cell. Lethal cardiovascular complications, such as serious hypertension, myocardial infarc- tion and aortic dissection, may occur because of uncontrolled cat- echolamine release. Each stage of anaesthesia management has vi- tal importance because of this destructive catecholamine secretion that may occur during induction, perioperative stage and surgical manipulation. In this study, we report regarding the preoperative preparation and severe, persistent hypertension attack manage- ment with a combination of ?-adrenergic blockade, ?-adrenergic blockade, sodium nitroprusside and remifentanil in a patient who underwent laparoscopic surgery for phaeochromocytoma.en_US
dc.description.abstractÖz: Feokromasitoma, kromafin dokuda türeyen ve katekolamin üre- ten vasküler bir tümördür. Kontrolsüz katekolamin salgılamasına bağlı şiddetli hipertansiyon, miyokard infarktüsü ve aort dissek- siyonu gibi ölümcül kardiyovasküler komplikasyonlar gelişebilir. Katekolaminlerin bu yıkıcı sekresyonu indüksiyon sırasında, pe- rioperatif dönemde ve cerrahi manüplasyonla oluşabileceğinden anestezi yönetiminin her aşaması hayati önem arz etmektedir. Bu sunuda; laparoskopik feokromasitoma rezeksiyonu planlanan ol- gunun preoperatif hazırlığı ile perioperatif şiddetli ve inatçı hiper- tansiyon atağının ? adrenerjik blokaj, ? adrenerjik blokaj, sod- yum nitroprussid ve remifentanil kombinasyonuyla yöneltilmesini sunmak istedik.en_US
