Özet
Bu çalışmanın amacı, polibenzoksazinleri sentezlemek ve farklı oranlarda tetraetil ortotitanat içeren sol-jel hibrit polimerleri hazırlamak ve bu polimerleri ısısal olarak incelemek ve bunları ileri uygulamalar için öncü olarak kullanmaktır. Bu çalışmada öncelikle bisfenol-A, paraformaldehit ve 1,2-diaminoetan, 1,4-diaminobütan, 1,6-diaminohekzan, 1,8-diaminooktan, 1,10-diaminodekan ve 1,12-diaminododekan kullanılarak farklı polibenzoksazinler kondenzasyon polimerizasyonu ile çözücü varlığında sentezlendi. Sentez kloroform içinde ve oda sıcaklığında gerçekleştirildi. Daha sonra bu polimerler 120 °C ve 240 °C sıcaklıkta işlendikten sonra halka açılma tepkimesi sonucu çapraz bağlı polimerler elde edildi. 1,12-diaminododekan kullanılarak sentezlenen polimerler hacimce dört eşit parçaya ayrıldı. Son olarak bu polimerlere hidroklorik asit ortamında hacimce %1, %3, %5 ve %10 oranında tetraetilortotitanat (TEOT) eklendi ve hibrit polimerler sol-jel yöntemi ile hazırlandı. Eklenen hidroklorik asit hacimce TEOT ile eşdeğer miktarda tercih edildi.
The aim of this thesis is to synthesize polybenzoxazines and to prepare sol-gel hybrid polymers containing different proportions of tetraethylorhotitanate (TEOT) and thermally investigate these polymers and use them as precursor for further applications. In this study, at first, different polybenzoxazines were synthesized from bisphenol-A, paraformaldehyde, 1,2-diaminoethane, 1,4-diaminobutane, 1,6-diaminohexane, 1,8-diaminooctane, 1,10-diaminodecane and 1,12-diaminododecane by condensation polymerization in the presence of solvent. Synthesis was performed in chloroform at room temperature. Then, cross-linked polymers were obtained as a result of ring opening reaction after curing these polymers at 120 °C and 240 °C. Synthesized polymers using 1,12-diaminododecane were divided into four equal parts by volume. Finally, in the hydrochloric acid medium, different proportions of TEOT 1%, 3%, 5% and 10% by volume were added these polymers and hybrid polymers were obtained at room temperature with sol-gel method. Added hydrochloric acid was preferred an equivalent amount of by volume with TEOT.
