| dc.description.abstract | Öz: Amaç: Çalışma; hemşirelerin hemşirelik dışı yaptıkları görevleri ve bu görevleri yapma nedenlerini belirlemek amacıyla gerçekleştirildi. Yöntem: Araştırmada Malatya il merkezindeki devlet ve üç özel hastanede çalışan toplam 1750 hemşireye dijital ortamda anket gönderilmiş, araştırmaya katılmayı kabul eden ve cevap veren toplam 824 (%47.08) hemşire ile araştırma tamamlanmıştır. Araştırmada evrenin tümüne ulaşılmaya çalışılmış, anketi cevaplamaya gönüllü olanlar araştırma kapsamına alınmıştır. Veriler, demografik özelliklerle ilgili yedi soru, görev yaptığı birimlerde hemşirelik dışı yaptıkları görevler ve bu görevleri yapma nedenlerini içeren çoktan seçmeli ve açık uçlu altı sorudan oluşan anket formu ile toplanmıştır. Verilerin değerlendirilmesinde sayı ve yüzdelik hesaplama kullanılmıştır. Bulgular: Çalışmada hemşirelerin hemşirelik dışı görevleri kayıt ve dokümantasyon hizmetleri açısından değerlendirildiğinde, %68.7’sinin laboratuvar istemi yaptığı, klinik destekler açısından değerlendirildiğinde %36.8’inin ise dikiş attığı tespit edilmiştir. Çalışmada hemşirelik dışı görevleri yapma nedenleri ve bu görevlerin yapılmadığında neler olabileceği sorgulandığında ise; hemşirelerin %41.9'unun mobinge maruz kalma korkusu yaşadığı saptanmıştır. Sonuç: Hemşirelerin büyük çoğunluğunun görev, yetki ve sorumluluklarını bilmelerine rağmen yönetici ve doktorlar tarafından mobinge maruz kalma korkusuyla kendi görevleri dışında çoğunlukla order yazdıkları, hastane otomasyon sisteminden doktor istemleri ve laboratuvar istemleri yaptıkları tespit edilmiştir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Öz: Aim: This study was carried out to determine the nurses' non-nursing duties and the reasons for performing them. Methods: In the research, a total of 1750 nurses, all who were working either in public or private hospitals in Malatya city center, were sent a digital questionnaire and the study was completed with a total of 824 (47.08%) nurses who agreed to participate and respond the questionnaire. The sample selection was not achieved but those who volunteered to answer the questionnaire were included in the study. The data were collected with a questionnaire form consisting of seven questions related to demographic features and six multiple-choice and open-ended questions about nurses’ non-nursing duties and reasons for performing these duties. Numerical values and percentages were used to evaluate obtained data. Results: When the non-nursing duties of nurses were evaluated in terms of registration and documentation services, it was determined that 68.7% of the nurses made laboratory requests and when evaluated in terms of clinical supports, it was determined that 36.8% of them suturing. When the reasons for performing non-nursing duties and what might be happen when these duties were not performed was investigated, it was detected that 41.9% of the nurses experienced fear of being exposed to mobbing. Conclusion: Despite the fact that the majority of nurses know their duties and responsibilities, it has been determined that they mostly do orders and do doctor's requests from the hospital automation system due to fear of exposed to mobbing by the managers and doctors | en_US |
