Özet
Evrensel bir din olarak İslamiyet, bireysel olduğu kadar sosyal bir dindir. Bireylerin yaşamlarına kattığı manevi anlam dışında, belirli davranışsal katkıları sayesinde kamusal yaşantıyı da şekillendirmektedir. Böylece bir ideolojiye dönüşerek siyasal alana dâhil edilmektedir. Devlete ait tüm öğelerin dini bir tavırla şekillendirilip, işletilmesi anlamına gelen siyasal İslam, bunun somut örneğini teşkil etmekle beraber, şiddete dayalı yöntemlerle birleşince radikal İslam olarak anılmaktadır. Bu çalışmada radikal İslam'ın Afganistan'daki güncel temsilcisi olan Taliban incelenmekte olup, Taliban'ın temsil ettiği şekliyle din olgusunun kutsal bir birleştirici güç olmaktan ziyade ideolojik bir yönetim şekli olduğu savı üzerinde durulmaktadır. Çünkü buradan hareketle Kur'an'ın varlığıyla sınırları çizilmiş olan İslam dininin ne derece radikalleşip siyasal ve toplumsal hayatı etkileyebileceğini anlamak hem alana katkı açısından hem de diğer radikal örgütleri analiz edebilmek açısından önem arz etmektedir. As a universal religion, Islam is both communal and individual. Aside from the spiritual meaning it brings to people's lives, it also influences public life through particular behavioral contributions. As a result, it becomes an ideology and is incorporated into politics. Political Islam, which entails designing and operating all aspects of the state with a religious mindset, is one specific example of this; however, when mixed with violent methods, it is referred to as extreme Islam. This paper are investigated the Taliban, Afghanistan's contemporary representative of fundemental Islam, and emphasizes the claim that religion, as represented by the Taliban, is an ideological form of administration rather than a sacred unifying force. Because, from this perspective, it is critical to understand what extent the religion of Islam, whose borders are defined by the existence of the Quran, can become radicalized and influence political and social life, both in terms of contributing to the field and analyzing other radical organizations.
