dc.description.abstractBu tez çalışmasında, Malatya ilinde faaliyet gösteren bir dokuma işletmesinde çalışanların gürültüden işitsel olarak etkilenme düzeyleri incelenmiştir. Çalışanların dokuma işletmesinde yaptıkları görevler, çalışma süreleri ve yaşlarına göre değerlendirmeler yapılarak bu faktörlerin işitme kayıpları üzerindeki etkileri değerlendirilmeye çalışılmıştır. Çalışanların gürültü maruziyet değerleri ölçümleri yapılmış ve işletmede ortam ölçümleri yapılarak gürültü haritası çıkarılmıştır. Böylece riskin boyutları ortaya konarak işletmede ortaya çıkan gürültü seviyesini azaltmak için yapılabilecek çalışmalar, çalışanların gürültüden daha az etkilenmeleri için alınabilecek önlemler belirlenmiştir. Risk değerlendirmesi çalışmaları 5*5 Matris yöntemi kullanılarak yapılmıştır. Sonuç olarak, bu çalışmada yaş faktörü ve gürültü maruziyetinin dokuma işletmesindeki çalışanların işitme sağlığı üzerinde etkili olduğu ortaya konmuştur. Yapılan risk değerlendirme sonuçlarına göre, 6 adet yüksek düzeyde risk puanına sahip tehlike kaynağının alınacak önlemler ile orta seviyeye indirilebileceği değerlendirilmiştir.
dc.description.abstractThe level of auditory exposure of employees to noise in a weaving company operating in Malatya province was examined. The effects of these factors on hearing loss were evaluated according to the tasks performed by the employees in the weaving company, their working hours and their ages. The image exposure values of the employees were measured, the environment measurements in the company were taken and a noise map was created. Thus, the dimensions of the risk were revealed, the studies that could be done to reduce the noise level in the company and the precautions that could be taken to make the employees less affected by noise were determined, and a risk assessment study was conducted using the 5*5 Matrix method. As a result, this study showed that age factor and noise exposure are effective on the hearing health of workers in the textile factory. According to the risk assessment results, it was evaluated that 6 high-risk hazard sources can be reduced to medium levels with the precautions to be taken.
