| dc.description.abstract | Öz: Odituvar nöropati terimi; pür ton odyogramlarda ve odituvar beyin sapı yanıt odyogramlarında (BERA) kayıp ve kelime diskriminasyonunda bu kayba göre daha fazla bozulmayla beraber, normal dış tüylü hücre fonksiyonu gösteren [koklear mikrofoniklerin ve otoakustik emisyon (OAE) yanıtlarının normal olması] olguları tanımlayan bir bozukluğu tarif etmektedir. Bu terim son zamanlarda tıbbi literatürde gittikçe artan sıklıkta kullanılmaya başlamıştır. Burada odituvar nöropati tanısı alan 3 olgumuzu sunacağız. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Abstract: "Auditory neuropathy" term describes a disorder in patients with hearing loss confirmed with pure tone audiograms but impaired word discrimination out of portion to the pure tone thresholds, absent or abnormal auditory brain-stem responses, and normal outer hair cell activity demonstrated with preserved cochlear microphonics and otoacoustic emission results. in this study, 3 patients who were identified as auditory neuropathy are reported. | en_US |
