| dc.description.abstract | Öz:Bu araştırmada, İngilizce öğretmenlerinin, öğrencileri motive etme düzeyleri incelenmiştir. Araştırma tarama modelinde olup tesadüfî küme örnekleme yöntemiyle yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini, Konya il merkezindeki İngilizce öğretmenleri oluşturmaktadır. Çalışma grubunu ise 107’i kadın, 63’ü erkek olmak üzere toplam 170 öğretmen oluşturmuştur. Öğretmenlerin öğrencileri motive etme düzeylerini belirlemek için Sümbül, Kesici ve Bozgeyikli’nin (2003) geliştirdikleri “Öğretmenlerin Öğrencileri Motive Etme Ölçeği” kullanılmıştır. Araştırma bulguları şöyle özetlenebilir; 1- İngilizce öğretmenlerinin öğrencileri motive etme yüksek düzeyde kontrol alt boyutu, cinsiyete göre anlamlı düzeyde farklılaşmadığı (p>0,05) görülmüştür. 2- İngilizce öğretmenlerinin öğrencileri motive etme orta düzeyde kontrol alt boyutu, cinsiyete göre anlamlı düzeyde farklılaştığı (p<0,05) saptanmıştır. 3- İngilizce öğretmenlerinin öğrencileri motive etme orta düzeyde özerklik desteği alt boyutu, cinsiyete göre anlamlı düzeyde farklılaşmadığı (p>0,05) görülmüştür. 4- İngilizce öğretmenlerinin öğrencileri motive etme yüksek düzeyde özerklik desteği alt boyutu, cinsiyetlerine göre farklılaşmadığı gözlenmiştir | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Abstract:In this study, the leves of the English Teachers&#8217; motivating the students are observed . Survey model and ramdom sample approach are employed in this study. The scope of the study is composed of English Teachers,107 women and 63 men, working Konya Province center. In order to determine how the levels of the English teachers&#8217; motivating the students, the levels of the teachers&#8217; motivating the students questionnaire ,developed by Sümbül, Kesici and Bozgeyikli (2003), were conducted to the teachers. The findings of this study can be summarized as follows; 1-There is no significant difference in the dimension of the students&#8217; high level control behavior according to their sexes. 2-There is a significant difference between the groups in the dimension of the students&#8217; medium level control behavior according to their sexes. 3-There is no significant difference in the dimension of the students&#8217; medium level autonomy support behavior according to their sexes. 4- There is no significant difference in the dimension of the students&#8217; high level autonomy support behavior according to their sexes. | en_US |
