Özet
Türk dili çalışmalarında ağız araştırmaları önemli bir yer tutmakta olup özellikle Rumeli bölgesindeki Türk ağızlarına yönelik araştırmalar henüz tamamlanmamıştır. Bu bağlamda, çalışma Kuzeydoğu Bulgaristan'ın Milino ve Dulovo bölgelerinde konuşulan Türk ağızlarında hâl eklerinin fonetik yapılarını, kullanım özelliklerini ve dil bilgisel işlevlerini tespit etmeye odaklanmaktadır. Giriş bölümünde, Kuzeydoğu Bulgaristan Türk ağızları ile ilgili yapılan çalışmalar, bölgenin tarihî ve coğrafi yapısı, isim çekim eklerinin sınıflandırılması ve çalışmanın yöntemi ele alınmıştır. İnceleme bölümünde ise hâl eklerinin tanımları, fonetik şekilleri ve kullanımları detaylandırılarak dil bilgisel işlevleri incelenmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda, Kuzeydoğu Bulgaristan'daki Milino ve Dulovo ağızlarında kullanılan dokuz hâl ekinin Türkiye Türkçesiyle benzerlikler gösterdiği, ancak bazı fonetik farklılıkların bulunduğu tespit edilmiştir.
Dialectal studies have an important place in Turkish language studies, but researches on Turkish dialects especially in the Rumelia region have not been completed yet. In this context, the study focuses on determining the phonetic structures, usage features and grammatical functions of case suffixes in Turkish dialects spoken in Milino and Dulovo regions of Northeast Bulgaria. In the introduction section, the studies on the Turkish dialects of Northeast Bulgaria, the historical and geographical structure of the region, the classification of noun inflectional suffixes and the methodology of the study are discussed. In the analysis section, the definitions, phonetic forms and usage of case suffixes are detailed and their grammatical functions are analysed. As a result of the research, it was determined that nine case suffixes used in the dialects of Milino and Dulovo in Northeastern Bulgaria show similarities with Turkey Turkish, but there are some phonetic differences.
