Özet

The aim of this study is to investigate how positive psychotherapy (PPT)-based training affects levels of anxiety, depression, and coping with stress among parents having children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). The study was completed with 108 participants (treatment group = 50, control group = 58). The findings of the study showed that parents in both groups had lower levels of coping with stress and higher levels of anxiety and depression in the pretest. This training can effectively improve these parents' coping skills for stress and lower their anxiety and depression levels.
