| dc.description.abstract | Öz: Özet: Bu araştırma Türkiye ye ithal edilmiş olan Macar ırkı atların morfolojik yapıları ile kan grup ve serum protein polimorfizminin belirlenmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Macar atlarında ortalama cidago yüksekliği 161-163 cm, beden uzunluğu 163-166 cm, incik çevresi 17.6-18.4 cm olarak bulunmuştur. Macar atlarının iskelet ve kas yapısının güç- lü olduğu gözlenmiş, beden bölümlerinin birbiriyle uyum içerisinde bulunduğu tespit edilmiştir. Macar atlarında kan grupları A, D, P, Q ve U sistemlerinde lokalize olmuş ve 16 farklı fenotip saptanmıştır. İncelenen tüm protein sistemleri polimorfik bulunmuş olup nişasta jel elektroforezi ile görüntülenen Albumin (Al) lokusunda üç fenotip (Al FS, SS, FS), poliakrilamid jel elektroforezi ile ortaya konan Esteraz (Es) lokusunda dört fenotip (II, IS, FF, FI), Vit-D bağlayıcı pro- tein olan Gc protein sisteminde iki fenotip (FF, FS), A1B-glikoprotein (Xk) sisteminde iki fenotip (KK, KS), Transferrin (Tf) sisteminde ise on beş fenotip tespit edilmiştir. AlF,S, EsF,I,S, GcF,S, XkK,S, TfD,H,H2,F1,F2,O,R allel frekansları sırasıyla 0.32 ve 0.68; 0.06, 0.88 ve 0.06; 0.97 ve 0.03; 0.98 ve 0.02; 0.28, 0.17, 0.05, 0.12, 0.22, 0.10 ve 0.12 olarak hesaplanmıştır. Elde edilen bulgulara göre Macar atlarının, kanını taşıdığı Arap ve İngiliz atları başta olmak üzere Holstein, Hanover gibi atların üstün morfolojik özelliklerini bünyesinde bulundurduğu söylenebilir. Kan grubu ve serum proteinleri bakı- mından da genetik olarak çeşitlilik gösterdikleri sonucuna varılmıştır. Macar atlarında vücut yapısının güçlü ve sağlam olması polisiye amaçlı kullanılabileceklerini ve gelecekteki üretim programlarında yer alabileceklerini göstermektedir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Abstract: Abstract: This study was conducted to determine some morphologic traits, blood groups and serum protein polymor- phism of horses imported from Hungary to Turkey. Wither height, body length and cannon bone circumferences of Hungarian horses was found as 161-163, 163-166 and 17.6-18.4 cm, respectively. It was found out that the Hungarian horses had a strong skeletal and muscle structure. The blood groups of horses were determined by hemolysis technique and they were localized in A, D, P, Q and U systems and had 16 different phenotypes. Albumin structures found out in starch gel elektroforesis occured in 3 phenotypes (Al FS, SS, FS), that were determined by AlF,S alleles. In the study, 4 phenotypes (II, IS, FF, FI) in Esterase loci, 2 phenotypes (FF, FS) in Gc loci, 2 phenotypes (KK, KS) in Xk loci and 15 phenotypes in transferrin loci were determined by polyacrilamid gel elektroforesis. AlF,S, EsF,I,S, GcF,S, XkK,S, TfD,H,H2,F1,F2,O,R allelle frequencies were calculated as 0.32 and 0.68; 0.06, 0.88 and 0.06; 0.97 and 0.03; 0.98 and 0.02; 0.28, 0.17, 0.05, 0.12, 0.22, 0.10 and 0.12 respectively. As a result, it was found out that the Hungarian horses had the important morphologic characteristics of the horses like Arabian, Troughbred, Holstein and Hanover. Hungarian horses also resemble to these horses with their blood groups and serum proteins. Hungarian horses are available to be police horses because of having a huge and strong body structure. Therefore, Hungarian horses can be used in the production programs that will be done in the future. | en_US |
