dc.description.abstract | Wandering spleen is a very rare condition with an estimated incidence of 0.2%. Clinical presentation of wandering spleen can vary from asymptomatic to an abdominal emergency. In this report, we present a two-year-old girl with acute intestinal obstruction due to the torsion of wandering spleen.
