Kıyı kullanıcılarının kıyı alanı rekreasyon planlama kararları üzerindeki etkisi: Trabzon kıyı bandı örneği

Özet
Kıyı kentleri kıyı alanı olma özelliği açısından ele alındığında, kıyının sanayi ve endüstriyel faaliyetler gibi
başka amaçlar için kullanılmasından dolayı rekreasyonel açıdan yitirilmiş olan alanlara dönüştürüldüğü
görülmektedir. Plansız uygulamalar kıyı alanlarındaki açık mekanların rekreasyonel açıdan yoksun olmasına
ve kullanıcıların kıyıyı daha az tercih etmelerine sebep olmuştur. Ancak kıyı kentlerindeki nüfus artışına bağlı
olarak, rekreasyonel etkinliklerin kıyı alanlarında planlanması kent kullanıcıları için büyük bir olanak
sağlamaktadır.
Kıyının rekreasyonel çeşitliliği arttırdığı düşünülen bu çalışmada, 1975-2013 yılları arasındaki planlamalar
sonucunda denizin doldurulmasıyla oluşturulmuş Trabzon sahil kıyı bandının rekreasyonel açıdan mevcut
kullanım potansiyeli incelenmiş ve ne şekilde iyileştirmeler yapılabileceği önerilmiştir. Çalışmada uzun yıllar
içinde farklı zaman aralıklarında planlanan kıyı alanı bölgelerinin, kullanıcılar üzerindeki olumlu/olumsuz
etkileri araştırılmıştır. Araştırmada kıyı kullanıcılarının rekreasyon planlama kararlarının belirlenmesinde
önemli bir eleman oldukları ve kararlar alınırken kullanıcıya ait fikir ve düşüncelerin, rekreasyon planlama
karar aşamasında analiz edilmesi gerektiğini ortaya çıkarılmıştır.
When the coastal cities discuss from the specialty of being coastal area, it seems that the coast is transformed into the areas deceived in the point of recreational because of being used for different aims such as industrial activities. Unplanned applications causes that the open spaces deprive of recreation and users prefer less the coast. But depending on the population growth in coastal cities, planning of recreational activities in coastal areas provide city users with a big opportunity. In this work being thought that the coast raises the recreational variety, the potential of recreational use of Trabzon coastal line forming as a result of being filled the sea between 1975 and 2013 has been researched and what has been suggested that the improvements made. In this study, coastal regions which are planning in many years and different time intervals that positive/negative impact on users was investigated. It has been found out that the coastal users are important elements in the determination of planning decisions in this research and ideas and thoughts belonging to the users must be analyzed in the phase of recreation planning decision while the decisions are taken.
