| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmanın amacı, ülke ekonomilerinde önemli bir rol oynayan menkul kıymetler borsaları hakkında gerekli bilgileri vermektir. Kapsamlı bir kaynak incelemesinden ardından Menkul Kıymetler Borsalarının tarihsel gelişimi, Türkiye'de Menkul Kıymetler Borsalarının nasıl bir süreçten geçtiği, gelecekte meydana gelebilecek problemler ve Borsa İstanbul'un küresel bir oyuncu olabilmesi için yapılması gerekenler ayrıntılı bir şekilde verilmiştir. Yapılan araştırmalar, Menkul Kıymetler Borsalarının kapitalizmin geliştiği ülkelerde daha çok geliştiği ve küresel krizlerin borsaların işlem hacmi ve piyasa değerleri üzerinde olumsuz etki yarattığı göstermektedir. Ayrıca İMKB'nin Borsa İstanbul'a dönüşmesinin jeo-stratejik ve jeo-ekonomik avantajları ve İstanbul'un Uluslararası Finans Merkezi olabilmesi için Türkiye'nin Gelişen Borsalarla gerekli entegrasyonun sağlaması gerektiğini göstermektedir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this study, to give necessary information about the stock market which plays an important role in the national economy. After the comprehensive literature review, historical development of a of the Stock Exchange, processes of Stock Exchange in Turkey, problems which may occur in the future, the things needs to be done to make Borsa İstanbul a global is given in detail. Research shows that the Stock Exchange is much more developed in countries where capitalism grew and global financial crisis has negative impact on the trading stock volume and the market values. It also shows that the transformation of İMKB to Borsa İstanbul has advantage of geo-strategic and geo-economic and to make Istanbul "International Financial Centre", it should be provided the necessary integration with Turkey's developing stock market. | en_US |
