Aim: Immunosuppressive treatment incompatibility after liver transplantation has been examined in the literature however, a study was not reached in which age groups and non-compliance were evaluated together. We planned this work out of a group of incompatible patients. İnönü University Turgut Ozal Medical Center Hospital, between 2010-2017 years, liver transplant patients, 0-11, 12-18, 19-65, according to age groups after the transplant was sanctioned. Material and Method: Demographic and Patient Information Form "and" İTUÖ "questionnaires were filled by the 19-65 age group themselves and the related parents of 0-18 age group and the information about the participant transplantation patients were filled in the research. The questionnaire was filled with information on the telephone with 40 patients, face to face with 50 in 90 patients who were divided into 3 groups of 30 persons. In the analysis of the data, comparative t test and frequency analysis methods were used. Findings: According to frequency analysis and binary comparative t test analysis in our study to evaluate immunosuppressive treatment and incompatible age groups, 12-18 age group was the most incompatible group in IST compared to other groups and 19-65 age group was the most compatible group in IST. According to the comparative t test analysis; According to the age group of 0-11 age group 12-18, 19-65 age groups is more compatible with 0-11 age group and 19-65 age group is more compatible than 12-18 age group. Results: As a result of the research, it was suggested that the 19-65 age group is the most coherent group of treatment, and the significance of harmony is related to the age of progression. The conclusion that the 12-18 age groups have the least treatment compliance is that the adolescent age group might be more difficult to perceive the acceptance and importance of treatment. In the 0-11 age group, parental involvement is the cognizance of treatment and disease awareness of the respective parent in this group.
