| dc.description.abstract | Kürt sorunu Osmanlı Devleti'nin son döneminden başlayıp günümüze uzanan bir süreçte Türkiye'yi ilgilendiren en önemli sorunlardan biridir. Bu sorunun çözümü için devlet tarafından atılan en önemli adımlardan biri Çözüm Süreci olmuştur. İlk defa 2009 yılında ciddi şekilde ortaya konan ve kamuoyuna duyurulan Çözüm Süreci 2009-2014 yılları arasında bazen kesintiye uğramakla beraber şu ana kadar devam etmiştir. Kürtlerin haklarını ortaya koyan ve uzun bir süreden sonra ilk kez Kürt kimliğinin tanınmasına olanak veren Çözüm Süreci'ni anlatan çalışmalar yapılmış, kitaplar yazılmıştır. Bu araştırma da Çözüm Süreci'ne olan yaklaşımları konu almaktadır. Araştırmanın amacı, Çözüm Süreci haberlerinin ana akım İnternet haber sitelerinde ele alınışının ortaya konmasıdır. Araştırmanın evrenini İnternet haber siteleri oluşturmaktadır. Örneklemini ise Hürriyet, Milliyet, Sabah ve Zaman gazetelerinin İnternet haber siteleri oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada verilerin toplanmasında doküman incelemesi kullanılmıştır. Verilen analizinde içerik analizi kullanılmış, oluşturulan içerik analizi değerlendirme formu ile elde edilen veriler çözümlenerek bulgular ortaya konmuştur. Araştırmada elde edilen sonuçlara göre Çözüm Süreci ile ilgili haberler en fazla 2014 yılında verilmiştir. Süreçle ilgili en fazla habere yer veren İnternet haber sitesi milliyet. com. tr olmuştur. Süreçle ilgili gazetelerde en fazla kullanılan isimler "Çözüm Süreci" ve "Demokratik Açılım" isimleridir. Sorunun kaynağına yönelik en fazla "Kürt Sorunu" ifadesi gazetelerde yer almıştır. Araştırmada gazetelerin genel olarak süreç haberlerini nötr bir şekilde sunduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Araştırmada elde edilen bulgular tablolarda ayrıntılı bir şekilde gösterilmiş, yorumlar ortaya konmuştur. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The Kurdish problem, which has started in the last period of the Ottoman Empire and extended to the present day, is one of the most important issues that concern Turkey. This is one of the most important steps taken by the government to solve the problem has been Kurdish–Turkish peace process or shortly "Solution Process". Solution Process announced for the first time and laid down dramatically in 2009, although sometimes interrupted between 2009-2014, it has continued until now. After a long period of time books have been written and studies have been made about this process that allows recognition of the first Kurdish identity. This research is the subject of approaches to Solution Process,too. The aim of the research is to demonstrate the handling of news on the main stream of the Internet news sites about solution process. The population of the study consisted of Internet news sites. The sample space is in the form of İnternet news sites of Hurriyet, Milliyet, Sabah and Zaman newspapers. Document analysis was used for the collection of data on research, content analysis was used to analyze the data and generated content analysis were revealed to evaluate the data obtained by the form analyzing findings. According to the results obtained in the study the maximum news about "Resolution Process" has given in 2014. Internet news site that gives the most news about it has been www.milliyet.com.tr. The most widely used names in the newspapers were "Solution Process" and "Democratic Opening". "Kurdish problem" phrase was included in the newspaper as the maximum for the source of the problem. This study have been reached results that the newspaper presented these news in a neutral way. As a result, obtained data is shown in the table in detail and reviews have been revealed. | en_US |
