Hastanede çocuk gelişimi birimine yönlendirilen çocukların retrospektif incelenmesi

Özet
Amaç: Bu araştırmada Malatya Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesinde 0-18 yaş grubu Çocuk Gelişimi birimine yönlendirilen çocukların geriye dönük değerlendirme sonuçları incelenerek verilen hizmetin profili ortaya konmak istenmiştir. Materyal ve Metot: 01.06.2019 ile 30.06.2022 tarihleri arasında Malatya Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi' nde Çocuk Gelişimi Birimi' ne yönlendirilen 0-18 yaş grubu çocuklar için istenen konsültasyonlar retrospektif olarak incelenmiştir. Belirlenen veriler SPSS 22.0 programı kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Bulgular: 36 aylık kesitte toplam 1017 çocuğun Çocuk Gelişimi Birimine konsültasyonu istenmiştir. Konsültasyon işlemi istenen çocukların %68.1' ini erkek, %31.9' unu kadınlar oluşturmaktadır. Konsültasyon isteyen poliklinikler sırasıyla; Çocuk ve Ergen Psikiyatri Polikliniği (%46.3; n=471) ve Çocuk Hastalıkları (%21.6; n=216) polikliniğidir. İşlem nedeni; en sık %71.1 oranla gelişimsel değerlendirmedir. Psikiyatrik tanılar; genel psikiyatrik muayene dışında en sık %11.3 oranla gecikmiş dönüm noktası tanılarıdır. Çocuk Gelişimi Biriminde en sık %67.5 oranla AGTE uygulanmıştır. Gelişim tarama testi uygulanan çocukların genel gelişim tarama sonuçlarına göre %63' ün anormal olduğu ve M CHAT R sonuçlarına bakıldığında ise çocukların %30.4' ünde otizm riskinin yüksek olduğu görülmüştür. Sonuç: Bu çalışma 0-18 yaş dönemindeki çocukların gelişimlerinin değerlendirilmesinde, izlenmesinde ve müdahalesinde rol alan Çocuk Gelişimcisine yönlendirilen çocukların özelliklerini anlama ve verilen hizmet profilini ortaya dökerek Çocuk Gelişimi Birimi ile ilgili yapılacak çalışmalar açısından önemli ve anlamlı olabilir.
Aim: In this research it was aimed to reveal the profile of the service provided by examining the results of retrospective assessment of the children aged 0-18 who were referred to the Child Development Unit in Malatya Eğitim ve Araştırma Hospital Material and Method: Consultations requested for children aged 0-18 who were referred to Child Development Unit at Malatya Eğitim ve Araştırma Hospital between 01.06.2019 and 30.06.2022 were retrospectively assessment. The determined data were analyzed using the SPSS 22.0. Results: Total of 1017 children at 36 months of age were consulted to the Child Development Unit.68.1% of the children for whom consultation is requested are boys and 31.9% are girls. Outpatient clinics requesting contultation are respectively Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Outpatient Clinic (46.3%; n=471) and Pediatric Diseases (21.6%; n=216) outpatient clinic. Reasons of transaction is most commen developmental evaluation(71.1%). Psychiatric diagnosis; expect for the general psychiatric examination, the most commons are delayed milestone diagnoses with a rate of 11.3%. In the Child Development Unit mostly AGTE was applied with a rate of 67.5%.According to the general developmental scanning results of the children who underwent the developmental scanning test, 63% were found to be abnormal, and when the M CHAT R results were examined, 30.4% of the children had a high risk of autism. Conclusion: This study may be important and meaningful in terms of studies to be carried out on the Child Development Unit by revealing the characteristics of the children directed to the Child Developmentalist, who plays a role in the evaluation, monitoring and intervention of the development of children aged 0-18, and revealing the profile of the service provided.
