Abdominal cerrahi hastalarında cerrahi korku düzeyi ile dini başa çıkma arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesi

Özet
Amaç: Bu araştırma abdominal cerrahi hastalarında cerrahi korku düzeyi ile dini başa çıkma düzeyi arasındaki ilişkinin belirlenmesi amacıyla yapıldı. Materyal ve metot: Araştırmanın evrenini; Kahramanmaraş Sütçü İmam üniversitesi sağlık uygulama ve araştırma hastanesi genel cerrahi servisinde abdominal cerrahi geçiren hastalar, örneklemini ise basit rastgele örnekleme yöntemi kullanılarak bu hastalar arasından araştırmaya alınma kriterlerine uyan 148 hasta oluşturdu. Ekim 2022 – Ocak 2024 tarihleri arasında yapılan araştırmada, veriler; Kişisel Bilgi Formu, Cerrahi Korku Ölçeği ve Dini Başa Çıkma Ölçeği ile toplandı. Verilerin değerlendirilmesinde SPSS 25 programı kullanıldı. Bulgular: Araştırmaya katılan hastaların %13.51'i 64 yaş ve üzerinde, %60.81'i kadındır. Araştırma sonucunda pozitif dini başa çıkma ortalama puanı 22.4 ± 5.97, negatif dini başa çıkma ortalama puanı 6.8 ± 3.27 ve cerrahi korku ölçeği ortalama puanı 37.78 ± 23.82 olarak bulundu. Araştırma sonunda, cerrahi korku ölçeği puan ortalaması ile negatif dini başa çıkma arasında pozitif yönde orta düzeyde(r=0.372) istatistiksel olarak anlamlı ilişki olduğu belirlendi. Sonuç: Araştırmaya katılan hastaların cerrahi korku ölçeği puanı arttıkça negatif dini başa çıkma stratejilerini daha çok kullandıkları belirlendi. Aim: This research investigates the religious coping of patients who have undergone colorectal cancer surgery. In order to determine the relationship between coping styles and hopelessness levels. The identifier was made relationally. Material and method: The population of the research; Patients who underwent abdominal surgery in the general surgery service of Kahramanmaraş Sütçü İmam University Health Practice and Research Hospital, and the sample consisted of 148 patients who met the inclusion criteria for the study using the simple random sampling method. Data from the research conducted between October 2022- January 2024; It was collected with the Personal Information Form, Surgical Fear Scale and Religious Coping Scale. SPSS 25 program was used to evaluate the data. Results: 13.51% of the patients participating in the study were 64 years old and over and 60.81% were women. As a result of the research, the median score for positive religious coping was 22.4 ± 5.97, the median score for negative religious coping was 6.8 ± 3.27, and the surgical fear scale average score was 37.78 ± 23.82. At the end of the research, there is a moderate positive (r=0.372) statistically significant relationship between the surgical fear scale score average and negative religious coping. Conclusion: It was determined that the patients participating in the study used negative religious coping strategies more as their surgical fear scale score increased.
