dc.description.abstractKriz, bir kişiyi, bir örgütü, topluluğu, kurumu veya ülkeyi istikrarsız ve tehlikeli bir duruma sürükleyerek etkileyen herhangi bir olay veya süreçtir. Kriz, örgütlerin süregelen düzenini ve çalışma koşullarını derinden etkileyen bir olgudur. Örgütlerin, muhtemel krizlere karşı gerekli kaynakları ayırmaları, alt yapı sistemlerini oluşturmaları ve donanımlarını güçlendirmeleri gerekir. Bu bağlamda krizle başa çıkmada önemli bir etken, örgüt yöneticilerinin krize hazır olması ve krizin her aşamasında yönetim konularında bilgili ve yetenekli olmasıdır. Araştırmanın konusu, çalışanların kriz yönetim becerisi algılarının Malatya Merkez Belediyeleri üzerinden incelenmesidir. Araştırmanın amacı, Malatya Merkez Belediyelerinde görev yapan idari personelin, birim yöneticilerinin kriz yönetim sürecindeki liderlik becerileri ile ilgili algılama düzeylerini ölçmektir. Bu bağlamda; nicel bir araştırma yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırma verileri "Kriz Yönetim Becerileri" ölçeği ile 5'li likert kullanılarak elde edilmiştir. Ölçeğin doğrulanması adına Cronbach Alpha katsayısından ve doğrulayıcı faktör analizinden faydalanılmıştır. Araştırmaya katılan 538 kişilik örneklem grubundan elde edilen veriler, SPSS programı ile analiz edilmiştir. Analiz sırasında araştırmanın hipotezleri, T testi ve Anova Testi ile analiz edilerek doğrulanmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda elde edilen bulgular ile değerlendirmeler yapılarak çeşitli öneriler sunulmuştur.en_US
dc.description.abstractCrisis is any event or process that affects a person, an organization, a community, an institution or a country by dragging it into an unstable and dangerous situation, and it is a phenomenon that deeply affects the ongoing order and working conditions of organizations. Organizations need to allocate the necessary resources, create infrastructure systems and strengthen their equipment against possible crises. In this context, an important factor in coping with the crisis is that organizational managers are ready for the crisis and are knowledgeable and skilled in management issues during the crisis. The subject of the research is to examine the crisis management skill perceptions of employees through Malatya Central Municipalities. The aim of the research is to measure the perception levels of administrative staff working in Malatya Central Municipalities and unit managers regarding their leadership skills in the crisis management process. In this context; A quantitative research method was used. The research data were obtained by using the "Crisis Management Skills" scale and a 5-point Likert. In order to confirm the scale, Cronbach's Alpha coefficient and confirmatory factor analysis were used. The data obtained from a sample group of 538 people participating in the study were analyzed with the SPSS program. During the analysis, the hypotheses of the research were analyzed and verified by the T test and the Anova Test. With the findings obtained as a result of the research, evaluations were made and various suggestions were presented.en_US
