Poland's syndrome is a rare congenital anomaly characterized by the absence of the great pectoral muscles, various thoracic deformities, and hand anomalies. Poland's syndrome is an unilateral syndrome. A few patients with bilateral components have so far been reported albeit many anomalies in association with Poland's syndrome have also been reported. Sprengel's deformity is one of the anomalies often associated with Poland's syndrome. Generally, associated anomalies of the syndrome are unilateral and localized ipsilateral. However, here we present a patient who has right-sided Poland's syndrome accompanied with bilateral Sprengel's deformity. Our patient is an important example in terms of showing unilateral syndrome accompanied with bilateral anomalies. We think that the patients with Poland syndrome should be analyzed bilaterally in terms of additional anomalies.
