ÖZET Yüksek Lisans Tezi Dopamin Seçici Polimerik Materyallerin Hazırlanması ve Polimerizasyon Parametrelerinin Optimizasyonu Aziz PAŞAHAN İnönü Üniversitesi Fen Bilimleri Enstitüsü Kimya Anabilim Dalı XV + 63 2002 Danışman: Doç. Dr. Ergun EKİNCİ Bu çalışmada, m-toludin ve indolin monomerlerinin sabit potansiyelde elektrokimyasal polimerizasyonuyla poli (m-toludin) ve poliindolin filmleri hazırlanmıştır. Hazırlanan elektropolimerik filmlerin dopamine karşı seçimli geçirgenlik karakteristikleri test edilmiştir. Poliindolin elektrodun dopamine karşı seçici davrandığı film kalınlığı belirlenmiş ve bu film kalınlığını etkileyen polimerizasyon parametreleri optimize edilmiştir. Poli (m-toludin) filminin ise askorbik asite çalışılan tüm film kalınlıklarında yanıt verdiği gözlenmiştir. Daha sonra ise, poli (4,4' - diaminofenilpiromellitimit) filminin de dopamin seçiciliği test edilmiş ve elde edilen sonuçlardan bu polimerik filmin de ümit verici olduğu gözlenmiştir. Prof. Dr. Ergun EKİNCİ In this work, poly (m-toluidine) and polyindoline films were seperately prepared by the electrochemical polymerization of m-toluidine and indoline monomers at a constant potential. Permselectivity characteristics to dopamine of the prepared electropolymeric films were tested. Polyindoline film thickness which selective to dopamine was determined, and polymerization parameters affecting this film thickness were optimized. It is observed that ascorbic acid responded at all film thicknesses of poly (w-toluidine). Then, dopamine selectivity of poly (4,4'-diaminophenylpyromellitimide) electrode was also tested. From experimental results, it was seen that this polymeric film was hopeful.
