| dc.description.abstract | Ekonomik istikrarın sağlanması ülke ekonomileri açısından büyük önem taşımaktadır. Ekonomik istikrarın sağlanamadığı bir ekonomide istihdam, fiyatlar, ödemeler dengesi gibi temel ekonomik değişkenlerin kararlılık göstermesi mümkün olmayacaktır. Kendi imkanlarıyla ekonomik istikrarı sağlayamayan ülkeler özellikle Uluslararası Para Fonu'ndan maddi ve teknik yardım talep etmektedirler. IMF, üye ülkelere bu talepleri karşılığında uygun gördüğü durumlarda kredi desteği sağlamakta ve buna ilave olarak çeşitli politikalardan oluşan programlar önermektedir. Bu araştırmada, Türkiye ekonomisinde özellikle 1980-2005 yılları arasında ekonomik istikrar sorunu ele alınmıştır. Bu sorun, özellikle IMF'nin Türkiye ekonomisi üzerindeki etkisiyle ilişkilendirilerek sunulmuştur. Böylece IMF'nin Türkiye ekonomisi üzerindeki rolü ortaya konulmuştur. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Acquiring economic stability has a great importance for the country economy. In the economy in which economic stability couldn?t be acquired, it is impossible that the basic economic variables such as employment, prices, balance of payments show stability. The countries which couldn?t acquire the stability with their own facilities request the financial and technical help, especially of the IMF. IMF provides these member countries with credit support, if their demand is approved, in addition to the programs consisting of various policies. In this research, the economic stability problem of Turkish economy, especially the years between 1980 and 2005, is examined. This problem is presented by associating especially with the effect of IMF on Turkish economy. Thus, the role of IMF in Turkish economy is put forward. | en_US |
