Özet
Bu çalışmada, stok kavramı ve işletme ekonomisi üzerindeki etkisinin yanı sıra stok kontrolü ve stok yönetiminin türleri incelenerek, bunların işletme üzerindeki etkileri araştırılmıştır. İşletmeler, piyasada yaşanan belirsizlikler, üretim sürecinde karşılaşılabilecek aksaklıklar, taleplerde meydana gelen değişiklikler gibi sebeplerden dolayı stok bulundurmaktadırlar. Çalışmada öncelikle stok kavramı, türleri ve amaçları hakkında bilgiler verilmiş, stokların işletme açısından önemi ve işlevleri üzerinde durulmuştur. İşletmeler stoklarından dolayı bir takım maliyetlere katlanmak zorunda kalabilirler. Çalışmada, işletmelerin müşterilerini memnun etmek için katlanmak zorunda oldukları maliyetleri minimum düzeyde tutmanın önemi üzerinde durulmuştur. Bu konuda stok kontrolünün işletmeye ne gibi maliyet avantajları sağladığından bahsedilmiştir. Stok kontrolünde kullanılan yöntemler belirtilerek, bu yöntemlerin içerikleri hakkında bilgiler verilmiştir.
In this study, the effects of stock control and types of stock management over businesses have been researched as investigating stock control and types of the stock control management, as well as the term of stock and the effects on business economics. The businesses keep their stocks due to reason of the changes on requisitions. In this study, First of all, a brief information has been given about the term, types and the aim of stock, it has dwelt on the importance and the functionalities of the stocks for businesses. The businesses may be obliged to endure some kind of unexpected costs owing to the inventories. In the study, it has dwelt on the importance of minimizing the costs which the businesses may need to endure for the customer satisfaction. The advantages of inventory control to the businesses have been mentioned in this respect. The methods and practices which are used for stock control have been indicated and the information about contents of methods have been given.
