The main purpose of this research is to reveal the distributed leadership and school culture perceptions of teachers' working in public secondary schools, and to examine whether the correlation between these differentiate or not in terms of sub-dimensions and several demographical variables. in order to reach this objective one of the quantitative research model; descriptive survey model is used. The universe of the research consists of 3080 teachers working in 54 public secondary schools in Şehitkamil district of Gaziantep province in 2019-2020 educational year. The sample of the research consists of 437 teachers from 12 secondary schools selected by cluster sampling method. The research data is gathered with "the shared leadership scale in school organizations" (OÖPLÖ) and "school culture scale" (OKÖ). Obtained data were analyzed via SPSS 22.0 package program. In the analysis of the data, in order to determine the shared leadership and school culture perception levels of teachers', the arithmetic mean and standard deviation valves were calculated. Parametrik and non- parametric tests were used to determine if there is a significant variation in shared leadership and school culture perception of teachers' in terms of several demographical variables (branch, gender, professional seniority, the kind of school and education level). According to the findings of the research a positive, high level correlation is retained between shared leadership and school culture perceptions of teachers' working in public secondary schools. While there was no significant difference in shared leadership perceptions of teachers' in terms of beanch, the kind of school and education level; a significant difference was found in terms of gender and professional seniority variables. There was not a significant difference in school culture perceptions of teachers' in terms of branch and gender, variables. However a significant difference was retained in terms of professional seniority, the kind of school and educational level variables. In the final part of the study, there are concluded outcomes and some suggestions given by regarding these outcomes. Key words: Leadership, Shared Leadership, Culture, Organizational Culture, School Culture.
