Stachys bombycina, Stachys macrantha ve Satureja spicigera bitkilerinin uçucu yağ bileşenlerinin GC/MS ile belirlenmesi

| dc.description.abstract | Bu tezin konusunu Artvin yöresinden toplanan, halk arasında ?Trabzon Kekiği? olarak bilinen ?Satureja spicigera?, ?Dağ Çayı? olarak bilinen ?Stachys macrantha? ve Antalya yöresinden toplanan ?Stachys bombycina? türlerine ait bitki örneklerinin uçucu yağ analizleri oluşturmaktadır. Bitkilerin toprak üstü kısımları kullanılarak Clevenger sistem ( su buharı distilasyon yöntemi ) ile uçucu yağları izole edilmiştir. Elde edilen uçucu yağların % verimleri hesaplanmış, GC/MS cihazı ile bileşenleri saptanmış ve bu bileşenlerin yüzde miktarları bulunmuştur. GC/MS cihazının içerisinde bulunan kapsamlı kütüphaneler kullanılarak bileşenlerin organik yapıları belirlenmiştir. Bu tezde incelenen bitkiler arasında, Stachys bombycina'nın uçucu yağı ilk kez, diğerleri ise başka araştırıcılar tarafından da çalışılmıştır. Stachys bombycina bitkisinin uçucu yağ verimi % 1.12 olarak bulunmuştur. Yağın % 94.72 sini oluşturan 66 bileşen aydınlatılmıştır. Stachys bombycina uçucu yağının başlıca bileşenleri, Nonacosane (22.63 %), E-9-Octadecenoic acid (20.98 %), Hexadecanoic acid (14.43 %), ? -Caryophyllene (5.62 %), Germacrene D (4.01 %), Caryophyllene oxide (3.87 %) ve Phytol (2.59 %) olarak bulunmuştur. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The subject of the thesis, consists of essential oil analysis of ? Satureja spicigera?, which known locally ?Trabzon kekiği?, ?Stachys macrantha? which known locally ? maintain tea? collected from Artvin district and ?Stachys bombycina? collected from Antalya district. The essential oils of the samples were obtained from air-dried aerial parts of the plants using Clevenger system (hydrodistillation method). The percentage yield of the obtained essential oils were calculated, their components and percentage amount of the components were determined by GC/MS system. The organic structure of the components were identified by the comparing the comprehensive library existing in GC/MS instrument. Among the plants investigated in this thesis, the essential oil of Stachys bombycina was determined in the first time, the other were also investigated another researchers. The essential oil yield of Stachys bombycina was found 1.12 %. Sixty six compounds were identified, representing 94.72 % of the oil. The major components were found to be Nonacosane (22.63 %), E-9-Octadecenoic acid (20.98 %), Hexadecanoic acid (14.43 %), ? -Caryophyllene (5.62 %), Germacrene D (4.01 %), Caryophyllene oxide (3.87 %) and Phytol (2.59 %). | en_US |
