Özet
Core Egzersizlerinin Diyabete Yatkınlığı Olan (Prediyabet) Bireylerde Vücut Kompozisyonu ve Kan Parametreleri Üzerine Etkisinin İncelenmesi Amaç: Çalışmanın amacı Prediyabetli bireylerde core egzersizinin vücut komposizyonu ve kan parametreleri üzerine etkisini incelemektir. Materyal ve Metod: Diyabet bölümüne başvuran 18 prediyabetli birey dâhil edilmiştir. Katılımcılar egzersiz ve kontrol grubuna ayrıldı. 8 Hafta, 3 gün oluşan core egzersiz programına dâhil edildi. Bazı kan parametreleri Akş, Tkş, HbA1c, İnsülin, Hdl, Ldl, Tg, Kl değerlerine bakılmıştır. Vücut kompozisyonunda ise vücut ağırlığı, Bki, omuz çevre, göğüs çevre, karın çevre, kalça çevre, yağ yüzdesi, sırt-bacak kuvveti ve esneklik değerlerine bakılmıştır. İstatiksel Analiz: Analizler için Sosyal Bilimler İstatistik Paketi( SPSS; IBM Corp, Armonk, NY) sürüm 22 ve GraphPad Prism 8'in yedi günlük ücretsiz deneme sürümü kullanılmıştır. Normal dağılımı test edilip, Vücut kompozisyonları ve serum örnekleri için Paired Sample T testi, Dört farklı zamanda alınan ölçümler için iki yönlü varyans analizi, İki grup ortalaması arasındaki standardize edilmiştir. Etki büyüklünü ölçmek için Cohen's d, SDpooled=?((SD12 + SD22) ? 2) & (M2 - M1) ? SDpooled, formülünden faydalanılmıştır. İstatistiksel anlamlılık düzeyi p<0.05 olarak kabul edilmiştir. Bulgular: Grup içi karşılaştırmada deney grubundaki katılımcıların vücut ağırlığı, Bki, omuz çevresi, kalça çevresi, yağ yüzdesi, esneklik, Akş, Tkş, HbA1c, İnsülin, Hdl, Ldl, Tg, Kl anlamlı bir fark tespit edilmiştir (p<0.05). Gruplar arası yapılan son test karşılaştırmasında Bki, omuz çevre, göğüs çevre, sırt- bacak kuvveti, Tkş, HbA1c, Tg seviyelerinde anlamlı bir fark tespit edilmiştir (p<0.05). Sonuç: Çalışmamızda 8 haftalık core egzersiz programının, Prediyabetli bireylerde yapılan ölçümlerin sonucunda bazı kan parametreleri ve vücut kompozisyonlarında olumlu etki gösterdiği bulunmuştur. ABSTRACT Core Exercise İn İndividuals With A Predisposition To Diabetes (Prediabetes) Its Effect On Body Composition and Blood Parameters Aim: The aim of the study was to investigate the effect of core exercise on body composition and blood parameters in individuals with prediabetes. Material and Method: 18 individuals with prediabetes who applied to the diabetes department were included. The participants were divided into exercise and control groups. It was included in the core exercise program consisting of 8 weeks and 3 days. Some blood parameters Akş, Tksh, HbA1c, Insulin, Hdl, Ldl, Tg, Kl values were examined. In body composition, body weight, Bki, shoulder circumference, chest circumference, abdominal circumference, hip circumference, fat percentage, back-leg strength and flexibility values were taken into account. Statistical Analysis: The Social Sciences Statistics Package ( SPSS; IBM Corp, Armonk, NY) version 22 and GraphPad Prism 8 seven-day free trial version were used for the analyses. The normal distribution was tested and the Paired Sample T test for body composition and serum samples, two-way variance analysis for measurements taken at four different times, and the average between the two groups were standardized. Cohen's d, SDpooled=?((SD12 + SD22) ? 2) & (M2 - M1) ? SDpooled, formula was used to measure the effect size. The statistical significance level was accepted as p<0.05. Results: In the intra-group comparison, a significant difference was found in the body weight, Bmi, shoulder circumference, hip circumference, fat percentage, flexibility, Akş, Tkş, HbA1c, Insulin, Hdl, Ldl, Tg, Kl of the participants in the experimental group (p<0.05). A significant difference was found in Bmi, shoulder circumference, chest circumference, back-leg strength, Tsh, HbA1c, Tg levels in the last test comparison between the groups (p<0.05). Conclusion: In our study, it was found that the 8-week core exercise program showed a positive effect on some blood parameters and body composition as a result of measurements made in individuals with prediabetes.
