Özet
Çocuklarda ve ergenlerde Travma Sonrası Stres Bozukluğuyla (TSSB) ilgili araştırmalara savaş-terör olayları ve büyük felaketlerle ilgili yayınlar dışında oldukça az rastlanmaktadır. Bilgilerin çoğu erişkinlerde yapılmış olan çalışmalara dayanmaktadır. Bu yazıda travma sonrası stres bozukluğuyla ilgili çocuklarda ve ergenlerde yapılmış araştırmalar incelenmiş olup bozukluğun belirtileri, ayırıcı tanısı, tedavisi gözden geçirilmiştir.
There are a few reports about post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) in children and adolescents except for war-terror and big disasters. In this matter what we know comes from report on adults. In this review the reports are collected and reviewed about PTSD in children and adolescents and examined for symptomatology, differential diagnosis, comorbidity and treatment methods.
