dc.description.abstractAhilik teşkilatı meslek ilkelerine sahip olması yanında, birinci derecede ahlakî esaslara dayanan bir kurumdur. Ahilik anlayışına göre, bir kişide ahlaki değerler aşınmışsa/ahlaki değerlere önem vermiyorsa o kişi, istediği kadar mesleğinde üstün ve başarılı olsun bunun hiçbir kıymeti/değeri olmamakla beraber o kişi bulunduğu meslekten ihraç edilirdi. Bu açıdan Ahilik teşkilatı yüksek ahlaka mensup kişilerin toplandığı bir yer olarak görülür. Ahiliğin kökeni ne olursa olsun Ahi ahlakı, temelde Kur'ân ve Hz. Peygamber’in hadislerine dayanmaktadır. Ahiliğin ahlakî değerlerini ve insanî ilişkilerini detaylı olarak tahlil ettiğimizde önemli derecede Hz. Peygamber ahlakına dayandığını, Hz. Peygamber’in hadisleriyle bire bir ilişkili olduğunu müşahede etmekteyiz. Hal-hareket, davranış olarak Hz. Peygamber o derece örnek alınmış ki, bu etkileşim giyim-kuşama kadar kendini göstermiştir. Buradan anlıyoruz ki, Ahiliğin ahlak konusunda beslendiği en önemli kaynak, Hz. Peygamber’in hadisleridir. Dolayısıyla şunu rahatlıkla söyleyebiliriz ki, Ahi ahlakı birinci derecede din kaynaklı olup, Hz. Peygamber ahlakıdır.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe Effect of the Hadiths in the Formation of the Ethic of the Akhism- The organization of the Akhi is an institute based on ethical rudiments and also has professional principles. With respect to the mentality of the Akhi, if one’s ethical rudiments have been erosion or he has not account to the ethical principles, his performance in his job, it is not importance and there is no value, he is removed from the career. From this angle, the organization of the Akhi is a place which brings the persons with high ethical rudiments together. It is not matter of the origin of the Akhi, but its ethic is originated from the Quran and the traditions of the Prophet. When we investigate the ethical rudiments and the humanely connections in detail, we see that it is hung on the Prophet’s ethic and connected with the traditions in one-to-one relation. It is so referenced the behaviors and actions of the Prophet that this interaction has been seen in the clothing we see from that which the roots of the ethic of the Akhi come from the traditions of the Prophet. Also, the other principles of the Akhi such as not being unkind, slander, arrogance, hollow, grudge, jealousy, reverge have been placed and stated in the hadiths. Therefore, we can say that the ethic of the Akhi which originated from the religion is the ethic of the Prophet.en_US
