Özet
Öz: Bu çalışmanın amacı; 2013 yılında Kuzeydoğu Anadolu Kalkınma Ajansı (KUDAKA) tarafından sunulan mali desteklerin etki değerlendirmesini yapmaktır. Bu kapsamda 2013 yılında ajanstan destek almaya hak kazanmış ve proje uygulama süreçleri sona ermiş firmalara bir anket uygulanmıştır. Erzurum-Erzincan ve Bayburt illerinde uygulanmış projelerin istihdam, üretim, yatırım, pazarlama ve bölgesel kalkınmanın diğer unsurlarına ilişkin etki ve sonuçları ve Kuzeydoğu Anadolu Kalkınma Ajansı’nın proje uygulama süreçleri değerlendirilmiştir. Çalışma sonucunda 2013 yılında Mali Destek Programı kapsamında destek alan firmaların; üretim miktarında artış olduğu, Pazar paylarının arttığı ve bölgede istihdam oluşturduğu görülmektedir.
Abstract: The purpose of this study is; In 2013, the impact assessment of the financial supports provided by the Northeast Anatolia Development Agency (KUDAKA) was carried out. In this context, a survey was applied to the companies that have completed the project implementation processes and received support from the agency in 2013. The impacts and results of the projects implemented in Erzurum-Erzincan and Bayburt provinces on employment, production, investment, marketing and other elements of regional development and the project implementation processes of the Northeast Anatolia Development Agency were evaluated. As a result of the study, in 2013, the companies that received support within the scope of the Financial Support Program; It is seen that there is an increase in the amount of production, increased market shares and employment in the region.
