Özet
This paper presents an IoT based multi-environmental sensing system in order to monitor the rotor bar fault in induction motors. For this purpose, an upgraded prototype all-in one smart sensor including vibration, flux and acoustic measures is built up and tested under rotor bar fault. The developed smart sensor has online and remote monitoring capabilities through IoT technology. The experimental results under different torque profiles shows that the rotor bar fault can be diagnosed and monitored accurately by utilizing IoT based multi-environmental sensing system which use the three-axes vibration, stray flux and acoustic data in induction motors. © 2023 IEEE.
