Özet
Psikolojik taciz; işyerinde bir işçiye yöneltilmiş, işveren veya
işyerinde çalışan diğer çalışanlarca tekrarlanan saldırılar biçiminde
uygulanan psikolojik bir terör şekli olup, kötü muamele, tehdit, şiddet,
aşağılama gibi düşmanca, onur kırıcı ve yıldırıcı davranışlarla ortaya
çıkar.
Psikolojik taciz niteliğindeki davranışların temelinde salt zevk
arayışı, can sıkıntısı, ayrıcalıklı hak sahibi olduğuna inanma, sahip
olmadıklarının acısını çıkarma, bencillik gibi nedenler yatabilmekteyse
de, psikolojik tacizin asıl önemli nedeni, işçinin çalışma ortamını
katlanılmaz bir hale getirmek suretiyle onu yıldırmak ve kendi inisiyatifi
ile işten ayrılmasını sağlamaktır. Bunun yanında psikolojik tacize uğrayan
bir işçinin iş sağlığı ve güvenliğinden yoksun bir biçimde çalışmak
zorunda kaldığı da muhakkaktır. Zira iş sağlığı ve güvenliği önlemleri her
şeyden önce kişinin temel bir hakkı olarak görülmelidir. Bu bağlamda iş
sağlığı için önemli olan, sadece vücudun beden itibariyle sağlıklı
bulunması değildir. Nitekim beden sağlığnın yanında, ruh sağlığı ve
sosyal sağlık da insan sağlığını oluşturan üç öğedir. Bu bağlamda
psikolojik tacizin kişinin ruh sağlığı ve sosyal sağlığını tehdit ettiği
açıktır.

Addiction it is certain that a worker who has suffered psychological harassment has to work devoid of the occupational health and security. Because occupational health and safety measures should be seen first and foremost as a fundamental human rights. In this context, which is important for occupational health, there is not only a healthy body as the body. The protection of physical health as well as mental health workers are also located in the area of workers health. Indeed, beside the physical health, mental health and social health is the three elements that make up the human health. In this context it is clear that mobbing threatened the mental and social health. Psychological harassment damages the worker's mental and social health. Pollute the environment and pose a danger in terms of occupational health and safety. In this study, we briefly explained after the conceptual dimensions of psychological harassment in terms of occupational and psychosocial health, we will try to address psychological harassment. In the last part of our study of psychological harrasment victims can apply for workers will be focused on legal remedies.
