Özet
Bu çalışmada, çocuk ve çocukluk kavramları temel alınarak, savaş, çatışma ya da doğal afetler sonucunda yerinden edilmiş çocukların karşı karşıya kaldığı dezavantajlı durumlar ele alınmış ve bu kapsamda bir literatür incelemesi gerçekleştirilmiştir. Mülteci konumunda olan çocuklar, göç sürecinde ciddi sorunlar yaşamakta ve çeşitli tehlikelerle karşı karşıya kalmaktadır. Bu süreçte çocuk, fiziksel ve psikolojik olarak etkilenmekte; karşılaştığı güçlükler telafisi mümkün olmayan olumsuzluklara yol açabilmektedir. Bu eksende çalışma, iki bölümden oluşturulup ilk bölümde, çocuk, çocukluk, göç ve mülteci kavramlarının toplumsal ve tarihsel durumunun değerlendirilmesinin yanı sıra kuramsal açıdan bir sisteme oturtulmaya çalışılmıştır. Çocuğun, mülteci sıfatıyla toplumsal alanda yaşaması ve bu alanda varlığıyla, birçok kuruma ve hizmete erişememesi, sahip olduğu hakların karşılığını alamaması çalışmanın temasını oluşturmaktadır. Bu açıdan birinci bölümde kavramlar üzerinden tahliller yapılmış ve literatüre kavramsal ve teoriler açısından katkı sağlanmak amaçlanmıştır. Çalışmanın ikinci bölümünde, çocuğun göç sürecinde 'mülteci' kimliğiyle hareket ederken karşılaştığı temel sorunlar ile bu sorunların ortaya çıkış nedenleri ve arkasındaki temel motivasyon kaynakları ele alınmıştır. Bunun yanı sıra bu çocukların iş gücü piyasasına girme nedenleri ve sonuçları ile toplumun değer ve normlarının dışına çıkan suç davranışa yönelme faktörleri izah edilmiştir.
In this study, the disadvantaged situations faced by children displaced as a result of war, conflict or natural disasters were discussed based on the concepts of child and childhood, and a literature review was conducted within this scope. Children who are refugees experience serious problems and face various dangers during the migration process. During this process, the child is affected physically and psychologically; the difficulties he/she encounters can lead to irreparable negativities. In this context, the study is composed of two parts, and in the firs part, the social and historical status of the concepts of child, childhood, migration and refugee is avaluated, as well as an attempt is made to establish a theoretical system. The theme of the study is that the child lives in the social sphere as a refugee and cannot access many institutions and services due to his/her existence in this sphere, and cannot receive the reward of his/her rights. In this respect, in the firt part, analyses are made on the concepts and it is aimed to contribute to the literature in terms of concepts and theories. In the second section, the main problems experienced by the child as a refugee during the migration process, such a hosing, education, language or child abuse and neglect, and the reasons for their emergence and the main source of motivation for their emergence are discussed. İn addition, the reasons and consequences of these children entering the labor market and the factors that lead to criminal behavior that goes beyond the values and norms of society are explained.
