dc.description.abstractBöbreğin basit kistleri sık rastlanılan bir patolojidir. Bu çalışmada, semptomatik basit böbrek kistlerinin perkütan aspirasyon tedavisinin sonuçları incelendi. Tüm hastalara ilk teşhis ultrasonografi ile yapıldı. Ardından bilgisayarlı tomografi ile kistlerin yerleşimi, boyutu ve natürü kesinleştirildi. Flank pozisyonda lokal anestezi altında, 18 G metal iğne ile ultrasonografi eşliğinde kistler boşaltıldı. Kist sıvısı boşaltıldıktan sonra boşaltılan sıvının %15'i kadar saf alkol enjekte edildi. Yapılan işlemler esnasında herhangi bir komplikasyon oluşmadı. Kist sıvısında biyokimyasal ve sitolojik inceleme yapıldı. Çalışma kapsamındaki hastalar 1 yıl sonra ultrasonografi ile kontrol edildi. Toplam 128 hasta değerlendirildi. (77 erkek, 51 kadın). Ortalama yaş 52.3 yıl (37 - 71) olarak hesaplandı. Kistlerin ortalama çapı 8.3 cm (4.8 - 11.3). Kist sıvısından yapılan analizlerde herhangi bir patoloji tespit edilmedi. 1 yıl sonraki kontrollerde, 27 hastada (% 21.1) tekrar ağrı yapan kist oluştuğu görüldü. Basit böbrek kistlerinin perkütan aspirasyonu ve alkol ile tedavisi güvenli, başarılı ve minimal invaziv bir yöntemdir.en_US
dc.description.abstractRenal simple cysts are frequent pathologies. In this study, therapeutic results of the renal simple cysts with percutaneous aspiration were evaluated. The initial diagnosis was performed with ultrasonography (US) for all patients. Then, localization, size and nature of the cysts were determined with computerized tomography. Under the local anesthesia and in flank position, the cysts content was aspirated with 18 G metal needle with US guide. After the aspiration, absolute alcohol about 15% of the cyst content was injected. No complication was emerged following the procedure. Biochemical and cytological investigations were performed in the aspirated fluid. The patients were re-evaluated with US one year after the operation. Total 128 patients were studied (77 male; 51 female). Mean age of the patients was 52.3 years (range: 37-71). The mean sizes of the cysts were 8.3 cm in diameter (4.8-11.3 cm). No pathologic finding was determined in the cyst fluid. A total 27 patients (21.1%) developed symptomatic cystic relapses. We concluded that percutaneous aspiration of simple renal cysts and alcohol injection were safe, successful and minimal invasive methods.en_US
