| dc.description.abstract | In the recent years, the excessive increase of the oil prices in international markets is the one of the most important problems in the developed or developing economies. For the continuous economic development, sustainable oil supply has a great importance. The oil price is the one of the most important factors for the economic growth. The main factors which affecting price formation of Word oil supply are strategic oil reserves, inventory status of producing countries, production and transportation costs and seasonal conditions. Price which have been affected by demand side factors are economic development, security of energy supply, expectations and the need to increase the quality of petroleum products. Economic, geographic and political reasons causes to the rapid rise of oil prices. The other factors which affecting petrol prices are; production-consumption balance, search-and-production-transport, investment costs, low value of $ trend in the world economy's overall progress, market regulation, political risks, taxation, environmental pollution regulations, reserves in the world of distribution, product quality and the existence of alternative products. | dc.description.abstract | Son yıllarda gelişmiş ya da gelişmekte olan ekonomilerin en önemli sorunlarından birisi, uluslararası piyasalarda petrol fiyatının aşırı artış göstermesidir. Sürdürülebilir ekonomik kalkınma için enerji kaynağı olan petrol dünya ülkeleri açısından büyük bir öneme sahiptir. Petrol fiyatları, ülke ekonomilerinin başarısı açısından önemli göstergelerden biri durumundadır. Dünya petrol arzını ve dolayısıyla fiyat oluşumunu etkileyen başlıca faktörler; ülkelerin stratejik petrol rezervleri, üretici ülkelerin ellerindeki stok durumu, üretim ve taşıma maliyetleri ile mevsim koşullarıdır. Fiyatın oluşmasında talep yönünden etki eden faktörler arasında ise ekonomik gelişme, enerji sağlama güvenliğindeki beklentiler ve ulaştırma sektöründe daha kaliteli petrol ürünlerine olan gereksinimin artması da yer almaktadır. Son dönemde gözlenen petrol fiyatlarındaki hızlı yükselmenin başlıca nedenleri arasında; ekonomik, coğrafi ve politik nedenler yer almaktadır. Üretim-tüketim dengesi, arama-üretim-taşıma ve diğer yatırım maliyetleri, düşük değerdeki $ trendi, dünya ekonomisinin genel seyri, piyasa düzenlemeleri, siyasi riskler, vergiler, çevre kirliliği düzenlemeleri, rezervlerin dünya üzerindeki dağılımı, ürünlerin kalitesi ve alternatif ürünlerin varlığı ya da yokluğu petrol fiyatını dünyada etkileyen faktörler arasındadır. Bu çalışmada yukarıdaki ifadelerin daha anlamlı olması için petrolün oluşumu, petrol ithalatının, ihracatının ve fiyat oluşumunun üzerinde durulacaktır. | en_US |
