Özet
ÖZET Demokrasi Eğitimi Üe İlgili Bir Öğretim Programım Hazırlama ve Bu Programı Değerlendirme, adlı tezimizde öncelikle tezin kuramsal alanıyla ilgili araştırmalar yapıldı. Demokrasi ile ilgili bilgiler kütüphane,internet, kaynak kişi ve kaynak kitaplardan toplanıldı. Daha sonra uygulamaya yani hazırlanan öğretim programının değerlendirilmesine geçildi. Öğretim programı olarak Vatandaşlık ve İnsan Haklan Eğitimi-7, kitabındaki Temel Haklar ve Temel Özgürlükler konulan seçildi. Bu konular içerisinde öğrencilerin seviyesine uygun toplam her ünite için, 20 bilişsel alan ve 15 tane de duyuşsal alan ile ilgili sorular hazırlandı. Konu öncesinde öğrencilerin hazır bulunuşluğunu ölçmek için öğrencilere ön test olarak hazırlanan sorular soruldu. Ön testten sonra hazırlanmış olan öğretim programı Temel Hak ve Temel Özgürlük adlı üniteler öğrencilerle birlikte işlenildi. Temel Haklar için, 2 ders saati, ( 80 dakika) ve Temel Özgürlükler için ise de 4 ders saati (160 dakika) olmak üzere konu toplam olarak 6 ders saatinde ( 240 dakika) zaman ayrıldı. Konu anlatımı bittikten sonra ön testteki sorular son test olarak öğrencilere tekrardan sunuldu. Ön test ve son test sonuçları, ayrı ayrı istatistiksel olarak belirtke tablosunda gösterildi ve bu sonuçlar grafikler üzerinde de gösterildi. Sonuçların yorumu ise tablolardaki bilgiler doğrultusunda yapıldı. İki testteki bilgiler birbirleriyle karşılaştırılarak sonuçlan yorumlandı. Duyuşsal alan ile ilgili soruların analizi ise tablo üzerinde yüzde ve frekans olarak değerlendirildi. Bunların yorumu da tablolardaki bilgiler doğrultusunda yapıldı. n ABSTRACT In our thesis, called Preparing of an Instruction Programme and Evaluation of this Programme regarding to Training of Democracy, first of all, the investigations have been executed regarding to abstract field of the thesis. The knowledge relating to democracy was collected of the libraries, of web pages by internet, of expert agents and of source books. Consequently it was passed to the application meaning evaluation of the prepared instruction programme. As instruction programme,subjects of Essential Rights and Essential Freedoms in the book of Instruction of Citizenship and Human Rights-7 were sellected. A unite among those subjects which confirms to level of students was prepared. The questions regarding to each unite 20 scientific fields and either 15 audial fields were prepared. Pro-subject to measure presents of the students' levels the questions was asked to the students as pre-tests. After pre-test,the prepared instruction programme,called Essential Rights and Essential Freedoms have been processed with the students together, the subject cosisting of totally 6 classes as time of 2 classes (80 minutes) for Essential Rights and time of 4 classes (160 minutes) for Essential Freedoms was shared. After the explanation of subject was finished first the questions in the test has been represented to the students one by one. Results of pretest and lasttest were individualy shown in the indicative table and these results were shown on the graphics. The commentaries of the results were executed in the direction of the inforamtion on tha tables.by the comparing the information in both two tests their results were commentted. Analysis of questions regarding to the audidial field was evaluated on the table as percentage and frequency. The commentaries of these matters were executed in direction of information on the table.
