| dc.description.abstract | Öz: Bu çalışmada, okul müdürleri ile öğretmenlerin ders denetimi konusundaki düşüncelerini ortaya koymak, denetimin okul müdürleri tarafından nasıl gerçekleştirildiğini belirlemek amaçlanmaktadır. Katılımcıların belirlenmesinde amaçlı örnekleme yöntemlerinden maksimum çeşitlilik örnekleme tekniğinden yararlanılmıştır. Araştırmaya 2015-2016 Eğitim- Öğretim yılında, 8 İlkokulda görev yapan 8 müdür ve 34 öğretmen olmak üzere toplam 42 kişi katılmıştır. Çalışmada verilerin toplanması amacıyla standartlaştırılmış açık uçlu görüşme formu geliştirilmiştir. Veri toplama süreci sonunda elde edilen veriler kategorilere ayırma işlemlerini kapsayan "içerik analizi" tekniği ile analiz edilip, değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırmadan elde edilen sonuçlara göre, katılımcılar ders denetiminin okul müdürleri tarafından yapılmasının öğretmeni yakından tanımayı kolaylaştıracağını, öğretmene yönelik bu değerlendirmenin bir ders saati veya bir günlük bir gözlem sonucu olmaması gerektiğini, denetimin eğitim süresince yapılmasının daha etkili gözlem olanağı sunacağını ifade etmişlerdir. Öğretmenler ders denetimi görevinin okul müdürlerine bırakılmasının okul müdürleri ile öğretmenler arasındaki iletişimi artıracağını ifade etmişleredir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Abstract: This study aims to reveal the opinions of school principals and teachers on course supervision, to determine how supervision is performed by school principals, and to determine the positive and negative aspects of assigning the duty of course supervision to school principals. The maximum variation sampling technique among purposeful sampling methods was used in determining the participants. A total of 42 individuals, including 8 school principals and 34 teachers working at 8 primary schools in the academic year of 2015-2016, participated in this study. A standardized open-ended interview form was developed to collect data in the study. The data obtained at the end of the data collection process were analyzed by the “content analysis” technique, which includes the categorization process, and were evaluated. According to the results obtained from the study, the participants expressed that performing lesson supervision by school principals would make it easier to know the teacher well and that this assessment of the teacher should not be performed according to a course hour or one-day observation and performing supervision throughout the education process would provide a more effective observation opportunity. It can be said with regard to teachers that assigning the duty of lesson supervision to school principals will increase communication between school principals and teachers. | en_US |
