| dc.description.abstract | Üç bölümden oluşan bu tezin birinci bölümünde salgın hastalıklar hakkında kısa bir literatür bilgisinden sonra matematiğin salgın hastalıkların modellenmesindeki kullanımına yer verilmiştir. İkinci bölümde karantina stratejisinin uygulandığı standart modelin yanı sıra bir sonraki bölümde detaylı analiz edilecek olan kısmi karantinanın uygulandığı bir model tanıtılmıştır. Tezin son bölümünde ise önceki bölümde verilen modelin ikincil enfeksiyon sayısı elde edilmiş ve bu değere bağlı olarak denge noktalarının kararlılığı analiz edilmiştir. | |
| dc.description.abstract | In the first chapter of this thesis consisting three chapters, after a brief literature information about epidemic diseases, the use of mathematics in modeling epidemic diseases is included. In the second chapter, in addition to the standard model in which the quarantine strategy is applied, a model in which partial quarantine is applied, which will be analyzed in detail in the next chapter, is introduced. In the last chapter of the thesis, the number of secondary infections of the model given in the previous section is obtained and the stability of the equilibrium points is analyzed depending on this value. | |
