Congenital split-hand/split-foot deformities is a rarely limb malformation with median clefts of the hands and feet and aplasia/hypoplasia of the phalanges, metacarpals and metatarsals and known ectrodactyly. Craniosynostosisis characterized by premature closure of cranial sutures. Craniosynostosis may be primer or secondary. Developmental defects of the brain, increased intracranial pressure, and calvarial shape disturbance are developed by primer craniosynostosis. Although genetic disorders, metabolic disorders and environmental factors may be causes of craniosynostosis. Craniosynostosis may be isolated or present as part of a craniofacial syndrome in the childhood. In this report we are presented a newborn with metopic synostosis accompanied split-hand/split-foot deformities. However in the literature there is no any report associated with ectrodactyly and metopic synostosis. According to our knowledge, this association is reported by us for the first time.
