| dc.description.abstract | Bu araştırma, hemşirelik öğrencilerinde mesleki imaj algısının meslekte kalma niyeti üzerine etkisini incelemek amacıyla tanımlayıcı olarak Haziran- Eylül 2011 tarihinde yapıldı. Araştırmanın evrenini Malatya Sağlık Yüksekokulu hemşirelik bölümünde öğrenim gören 323 öğrenci oluşturdu. Örneklem seçiminde herhangi bir örnekleme yöntemi kullanılmadan verilerin toplandığı gün okulda bulunan, araştırmaya katılmayı kabul eden 201 öğrenci araştırmanın örneklemini oluşturdu. Verilerin toplanmasında; araştırmacılar tarafından oluşturulan soru formu kullanıldı. Verilerin istatistiksel analizinde, yüzdelik dağılımlar ve ANOVA kullanıldı. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre ideali olduğu için hemşirelik mesleğini seçen öğrencilerin meslek imaj algısı ve meslekte kalma niyeti diğer nedenlerle hemşirelik bölümüne gelen öğrencilerden daha yüksek ve aradaki fark istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bulundu (p<0.05).Bu sonuçlar doğrultusunda hemşirelik eğitimi veren okulların mesleği, eğitimi ve uygulamalarını tanıtan girişimlerde bulunulması önerilebilinir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | This research was performed to examine the effect of professional image perception on intention of staying profession at nursing students. Research was carried out between June-September 2011. The study population consisted of Malatya School of Health Sciences nursing school’s 323 students. Without the use of any method of sample selection sampling, the research study sample consisted of 201 students which agreed to participate in and in school on the day of data collection. The collection of data; questionnaire was used by the researchers. According to the results of, students’ who is ideal for choosing the profession of nursing perceptions of professional image and Intention of staying profession higher than students from the nursing department for other reasons and the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05). Based on these results, nursing schools providing education is recommended to take initiatives the promotion of, education and occupation. | en_US |
