A 48-year-old patient with a scleral-fixated posterior chamber intraocular lens had dislocation of the intraocular lens into the anterior chamber and associated pseudophakic buttons keratopathy. The patient underwent intraocular lens extraction and partial penetrating keratoplasty. Because an anterior chamber intraocular lens is easier to implant and has fewer complications, surgeons may want to consider this as the first choice for treatment. If the scleral-fixated posterior chamber intraocular lens is used, it must be implanted property and meticulously to avoid complications.en_US
