dc.description.abstract | This study contains the synthesis of the new 4-vinylbenzyl substituted bis(NHC)-Pd(II) complexes and their catalytic activity in direct arylation reaction. The bis(NHC)-Pd(II) complexes have been prepared from Ag(I) NHC complexes by transmetallation method. The complexes have been characterized by using H-1 NMR, C-13 NMR, FTIR spectroscopy and elemental analysis techniques.
