| dc.description.abstract | Öz: Bu araştırmanın amacı ortaokul öğretmenlerinin yaşam doyum algılarının belirlenerek bağımsız değişkenler açısından değerlendirilmesidir. Bu nedenle araştırmada genel tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın evreni, Gaziantep ili Şahinbey merkez ilçe belediye sınırları içerisinde yer alan ortaokullarda görev yapan 3114 öğretmenden oluşmaktadır. Araştırmanın örneklemi ise tabakalı örnekleme yöntemi ile seçilen 526 öğretmenden oluşmaktadır. Öğretmenlerin yaşam doyum düzeylerini belirlemek amacıyla Diener, Emmons, Larsen ve Griffin (1985) tarafından geliştirilen “Yaşam Doyum Ölçeği” kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada elde edilen veriler analiz edilirken, öncelikle betimsel istatistik hesaplamaları yapılmıştır. Öğretmenlerin yaşam doyumuna ilişkin algılarının cinsiyet değişkenine göre farklılık gösterip göstermediğini belirlemek için t- testi, Hizmet Süresi, ders yükü, okul büyüklüğü ve öğrenim düzeyi değişkenlerine göre farklılık gösterip göstermediğini belirlemek için ANOVA testi yapılmıştır. Yaşam Doyum ölçeğinde yer alan ifadelere ilişkin öğretmen algıları bağımsız değişkenlere göre değerlendirildiğinde cinsiyet, ders yükü ve okul büyüklüğü değişkenlerine göre öğretmen algıları anlamlı farklılık göstermemiştir. Hizmet Süresi değişkenine göre öğretmen algıları yaşam doyum ölçeğinde 21 yıl ve üzeri Hizmet Süresine sahip öğretmenler lehine anlamlı farklılık göstermiştir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Öz (İngilizce): The aim of this research is to determine life satisfaction perceptions of middle school teachers and to evaluate them in terms of independent variables. For this reason, survey research modelis used. The population of this research is Sahinbey central district located in the Gaziantep municipality consists of 3114 secondary school teachers. The research sample selected by the stratified sampling method consists of 526 teachers. In the study to determine the level of life satisfaction of teachers developed by the Diener, Emmons, Larsen and Griffin (1985) "Life Satisfaction Scale" is used. The analysis of the data first included descriptive statistics. Teachers' perceptions of life satisfaction varies according to the gender variable t-test to determine whether; ex? perience, course work, school size and level of education varies according to the variables to determine whether the ANOVA test was performed. Life Satisfaction teachers' perceptions regarding the wording of the scale were evaluated according to the independent variables of gender, course load and school size variables did not differ significantly according to the perceptions of teachers. According to seniority in teacher perceptions of life satisfaction scale for teachers with 21 years or more showed significant differences in favor. | en_US |
