dc.description.abstractÖz: Amaç: Kafa travması sonrası meydana gelen bilateral premakular subhyaloid hemoraji vakasını sunmak. Vaka: 54 yaşında erkek hasta kendi tarımsal arazisinde çalışması sırasında kullandığı traktörden düşmesi sonucu meydana gelen kafa travmasına sekonder her iki gözde oluşan bilateral subhyaloid hemoraji ve görme azalması sunulmaktadır. Hasta aynı seansta bilateral Nd: YAG posterior hyalodotomi ile tedavi edildi. Sonuç: Premakular subhyaloid hemorajiler proliferatif diabetik retinopati, yaşa bağlı makula dejeneresansı, ven okluzyonları, travma sonrası gibi değişik nedenler sonrası meydana gelebilir. Biz burada kardiak problemi sebebi ile kumadin kullanan bir hastada indirekt kafa travması sonrası oluşan bilateral premakular subhyaloid hemoraji vakasını bildirmekteyiz. Başlık (İngilizce): Bilateral premacular subhyaloid hemorrhage after head trauma Öz (İngilizce): Purpose: To report a case presenting with bilateral premacular subhyaloid hemorrhage after head trauma. Case: A 54-year-old man presented with bilateral subhyaloid hemorrhage and loss of vision in both eyes after falling from the tractor during working in his agriculture area. The patient was treated with bilateral Nd: YAG posterior hyaloidotomy at the same time. Conclusion: Premacular subhyaloid hemorrhages occur in different conditions such as age-related macular degeneration, proliferative diabetic retinopathy, vein occlusion, trauma. We report here in a patient taking a coumadine medicine due to his cardiac problem exposured with bilateral premacular subhyaloid hemorrhage after indirect head trauma.en_US
