| dc.description.abstract | İnsanın anlam arayışı her zamanda ve mekânda kendine belli bir yol çizer. Bu arayış ve çizilen yol, insanın kendi anlam sahası içerinde bir yöntem ile ilerlemesini sağlar. Bu bağlamda çalışmada ana kaynak olarak almış olduğumuz filozof-sufi Muhyiddin İbnü'l-Arabî'nin (1240) Fusûsü'l-hikem adlı eseri onun sisteminin özü ve özeti olmak bakımından önem arz eder. O, çağının çocuğu olarak, Kur'an'ı ve sünneti merkeze almakla birlikte kendinden evvelki kelam, felsefe, tasavvuf gibi görüşleri de Vahdet-i Vücud potasında eriterek Fusûsü'l-hikem'de yer verir. Eserden hareketle, çalışmada yönteme dair bir analiz ile Vahdet'i Vücud'un yapı taşları olan Tanrı-insan-âlem ilişkileri önemlidir. Tanrı'nın bilinmezliği ve bilinme arzusu arasında halife olarak insan ve insanın, varlığın gerçekleştiği mekânsal form olarak âlem ile ilişkisi bir bütünlük içerisinde yöntemi ortaya koymaktadır. Nitekim çalışmanın amacı, esere dair yöntemsel bir analiz ve Vahdet-i Vücud sistemini bu yöntem rehberliğiyle yeniden analiz etmektir. Çalışmanın ilk bölümü Tanrı-âlem ilişkilerine kısa bir arka plan bilgisi sunacak olup diğer iki bölüm, Fusûsü'l-hikem'de yöntem ve Vahdet-i Vücud sistemini Tanrı-insan-âlem çizgisinde ortaya koymanın eseridir. Yöntemin ele alındığı ikinci bölüm, Vahdet-i Vücud'un klasik ontolojik anlayışının ardında epistemolojik bir dayanağın olduğu iddiasıyla arifin bilgi-varlık bütünlüğünü sağladığı ilkesine dayanmaktadır. Üçüncü bölüm ise, Vahdet-i Vücud'un İbnü'l-Arabî'nin dilinden ve bu yöntemsel bakış çerçevesinde yeniden değerlendirmesini içermektedir. Çalışma, bir eseri ele alırken, anlamın en doğru şekilde ortaya çıkmasına yöntemin etkisinin bir analizi olarak görülebilir. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The human quest for meaning charts a particular path in every time and place. This pursuit, and thepath it follows, enables the individual toprogress within their own sphere of meaning through a methodical approach. In this context, the work Fu??? al-?ikam by the philosopher-Sufi Mu?yidd?n Ibn al-?Arab? (d. 1240), which serves as the primary source for this study, is significant because it represents the esence and summary of his system of thought. As a child of his time, while centering his philosophy on the Qur'an and the Sunnah, he also incorporate dear lier views from kal?m, philosophy, and Sufism into Fu??? al-?ikam, integrating them within the framework of Wa?dat al-Wuj?d (Unity of Being). Drawing up on this work, the study emphasizes the method and the foundation alrelation ships within Wa?dat al-Wuj?d—namely, those between God, the human being, and the cosmos. The interplay between God's unknow ability and His desireto be known, the human as His vicegerent, and the cosmos as the spatial form through which being manifests, collectively form a coherent method. Accordingly, the aim of this study is tooffer a methodological analysis of the textandto re-examine the Wa?dat al-Wuj?d system through the guidance of this method. The first section of the study provides a brief back ground on theGod-cosmos relationship, while the following two sections focus on presenting the method in Fu??? al-?ikam and analyzing the Wa?dat al-Wuj?d system along the God-human-cosmosaxis. These condsection, which discusses the method, is based on the claim that an epistemological foundationlies behind the classical ontological understanding of Wa?dat al-Wuj?d, through which the gnostic (??rif) realizes the unity of knowled geandbeing. The third section reinterprets Wa?dat al-Wuj?d in light of Ibn al-?Arab?'s language and this methodological framework. This study may thus be seen as an analysis of the role of method in revealing meaning most accurately when engaging with a text. | |
