Özet
Travma sonucu kopan uzvun mikrocerrahi ile tekrar vücud ile ilişkisinin devamının sağlanması, rekonstruktif
cerrahinin ulaştığı en üst düzey girişimlerden biridir. Kopan vucud uzvunun replantasyonu uzvun diğer metodlarla
rekonstruksiyonuna göre çoğu zaman daha başarılı sonuçlar vermektedir. Ancak replantasyon sonrası fonksiyonel
olarak maksimum başarıyı elde edebilmek için mikrocerrahi teknikleri yanında kemik, tendon gibi yapılarınında en
uygun cerrahi metodla onarılması lazımdır. Başarılı cerrahi sonuca ulaşmak tekniğin doğru uygulanması yanında
replantasyon endikasyonun doğru konulmasına da bağlıdır. Biz bu makalede hastanemizin acil servisine başvuran 15
hastanın uzuv amputasyonlarına yapmış olduğumuz replantasyon girişimlerini tartışacağız.
The ability to microsurgically re-attach a body part that has been amputated represents one of the pinnacles of reconstructive surgery. The replantation of amputated body part is more successful than limb reconstruction with other methods. However, replantation of extremities involves more than microsurgery, as repair of bony and tendon injury must be undertaken as well. Suitable indication of replantation must be determined to accompany competent microsurgical technique to reach successful surgery result. At this article, we discussed our limb replantation cases which were performed 15 on patients who applied our emergency service.
