| dc.description.abstract | Yoksulluk birçok ülkede olduğu gibi ülkemizde de önemli bir problemdir.Buna bağlı olarak işsizlik oranı da oldukça yüksektir.Yoksulluğu önlemek ve istihdamı arttırmak için bir çok politika ve program geliştirilmiştir.Mikro Kredi Programı da yoksullukla mücadele de uygulanan önemli bir araç haline gelmiştir. Yapılan bu çalışmada Dünya'da ve Türkiye'de yoksulluk kavramlarına bakılmış ve buna bağlı olarak Dünya'da ve Türkiye'de uygulanan mikro kredi programları incelenmiştir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | As some of the other countries in the world,poverty is a vital problem. At the same time ,unemployement race is very high and there is unequal income distribution. A lot of social and economic projects have already been developed in order to prevent those problems. Micro Kredit Programme has become an important instrument in order to struggle with the problem of unemployment and poverty. This study reviewed the literature on poverty in the world and Turkey and has resulted by analyzing micro kredit applications in our country and the world. | en_US |
