| dc.description.abstract | Öz: Gastrointestinal tüberküloz en sık görülen eks-trapulmoner tüberküloz tiplerindendir. Klinikte karın ağrısı, kilo kaybı, ateş, halsizlik, bulantı, iştahsızlık, kusma, distansiyon, gece terlemesi, diare, kabızlık gibi nonspesifik semptom ve bul-gular gösterir. İleoçekal bölgede kitleye bağlı akut karın sendromuna yol açması nadirdir. Hasta akut perfore apandisit ön tanısıyla ope-re edildi, fakat apandisitin ileoçekal tüberküloz kitlesine bağlı geliştiği görüldü ve sağ hemiko-lektomi ve ileotransversostomi uygulandı. Pos-toperatif dönemde bir sorun gelişmedi. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Abstract: Gastrointestinal tuberculosis is the most com-mon type of extrapulmonary tuberculosis. Clinically, abdominal pain, weight loss, fever, fatigue, nausea, loss of appetite, vomiting, bloating, night sweats, diarrhea, constipation, shows non-specific symptoms and signs. The ileocecal region on the mass as a result of me-chanical intestinal obstruction is rare cause of acute abdominal syndrome. We present a case with mechanical obstruction due to ileocecal mass which is almost so rare. We aimed to in-vestigate this case with performing right hemi-colectomy and ileotransversostomi. Postopera-tive course was uneventful. | en_US |
