Özet
Otoimmün hastalıklarda tanısal yaklaşımlar çoğu zaman geniş bir hastalık yelpazesine adres olabilmekte, bu nedenle de tedaviye yönelik yaklaşımlar, sadece hastalığın klinik belirtileri ile kısıtlanabilmektedir. Genetik tekniklerin hızla gelişmesi, birçok immünolojik rahatsızlık ile genler arasında ilişkinin araştırılmasına olanak sağlamıştır. İmmünoloji ve genetik bilimlerinin birleşimi ile oluşan immünogenetik, otoimmünitede tanıya yönelik yaklaşımlarda hastalığın tanımlanmasına, sorunun kaynağının belirlenmesine ve erken tanıya yardımcı olmaktadır. Bu derlemede sistemik ve organa özgül farklı otoimmün hastalıklarda risk genlerini, bu hastalıkları tetikleyen polimorfizmlerin hangi genlerden kaynaklandığına kısaca değinilecektir.
Since diagnostic approaches in autoimmune diseases are usually addresses several different diseases; therapeutic approaches can be limited with clinical outcomes. Advances in genetic techniques allow us to investigate the relationship between several immunological disorders and genes. Immunogenetic, a combination of two distinct sciences immunology and genetics; helps us not only in early diagnosis but also in correct diagnosis and determining the cause of the problem. In this review we will discuss the risk genes of several systemic and organ specific autoimmune diseases; the source of polymorphisms in those genes that trigger autoimmune diseases.
