dc.description.abstractBu araştırmanın temel amacı, okul öncesi dönem çocuklarının 21. yüzyıl becerileri ile rekabet stilleri arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesidir. Araştırma, nicel araştırma yöntemlerinden tarama modelindedir. Araştırmanın örneklemi sekiz resmi bağımsız anaokulundan okul öncesi eğitime devam eden beş-altı yaş grubu 173 kız, 185 erkek çocuktan oluşmaktadır. Veri toplama araçları olarak "Kişisel Bilgi Formu", "5-6 Yaş Çocuklar için 21. Yüzyıl Becerileri Ölçeği (DAY–2)" ve "Okul Öncesi Rekabet Ölçeği" kullanılmıştır. Veriler, paket programı kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma bulgularına göre aile gelir düzeyi alt olan çocukların, aile gelir düzeyi orta ve iyi olan çocuklara göre 21. yüzyıl becerileri puanları daha düşüktür. Okul öncesi eğitimde ikinci ve üzeri yılı olan çocukların 21. yüzyıl becerileri ve rekabet stilleri puanları okul öncesi eğitimde ilk yılında olan çocukların puanlarına göre daha yüksektir. Annesi çalışan çocukların 21. yüzyıl becerileri puanları, annesi çalışmayan çocukların puanlarına göre daha yüksektir. Babası kamu personeli olan çocukların, babası kamu personeli olmayan çocuklara göre 21. yüzyıl becerileri puanları daha yüksektir. Göreve yönelik rekabet stili puanı arttıkça öğrenme ve yenilik becerileri, yaşam ve kariyer becerileri, bilgi, medya ve teknoloji becerileri puanları da artmaktadır. Yirmi birinci yüzyıl becerileri ve rekabet stilleri birbirini yordamaktadır. Yirmi birinci yüzyıl becerileri toplam puanı arttıkça rekabet toplam puanı; rekabet toplam puanı arttıkça da 21. yüzyıl becerileri toplam puanı artmaktadır. Araştırma sonuçlarıyla tartışılmış, alan yazında her iki konuya yönelik çalışmalara ihtiyaç olduğu belirlenmiştir.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe main purpose of this research is to examine the relationship between preschool children's 21st century skills and competitive styles. The research is in the screening model, which is one of the quantitative research methods. The sample of the study consists of 173 girls and 185 boys in the age group of five-six who attend pre-school education from eight official independent kindergartens. "Personal Information Form", "21st Century Skills Scale for 5-6 Years Old Children (DAY–2)" and "Preschool Competitiveness Scale" were used as data collection tools. The data were analyzed using the package program. According to the research findings, children with low family income have lower 21st century skills scores than children with medium and good family income. The children who are in their second year and above in preschool education 21st century skills and competitive style scores are higher than the scores of children in their first year of preschool education. The 21st century skills scores of children whose mothers are working are higher than those of children whose mothers are not working. Children whose fathers are civil servants have higher 21st century skills scores than children whose fathers are not civil servants. As the competitive style score for the task increases, the scores for learning and innovation skills, life and career skills, knowledge, media and technology skills also increase. Twenty-first century skills and competitive styles predict each other. The competitive aggregate score increases as the twenty-first century skills aggregate score increases; As the total score of competition increases, the total score of 21st century skills increases. Discussed with the research results, In the literature, it has been determined that there is a need for studies on both subjects.en_US
